Dr Virginia Triantakonstanti
Virginia Triantakonstanti was born in 1986 in Agrinio, Greece. She studied Chemistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she also received her Master Degree and Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Natural Products. During her Master and Ph.D. she worked on multi-step synthesis, carbohydrate chemistry and cross coupling reactions. Now she is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institute of Organic Synthesis and Photoreactivity (ISOF) of the National Research Council (CNR), working on sulfur radical chemistry in biomimetic conditions and identifications of biomarkers.
